My name is Nataliya Malinovsky, I'm the owner of LTA, and working with children, teachers, and families is my true passion. As an early educator and a mother of three, I'd been looking for an opportunity to make a difference in young lives. I always believed that early childhood education offers a unique opportunity not only to give our children a good start and prepare them for elementary school, but also to teach them things they will carry for life.

Hello! My Name is Ms. Lori, and I started at LTA 18 years ago as the Pre-K4 teacher. Prior to coming to the center, I taught Second Grade and Kindergarten. I took the role as Director 6 years ago, and I love being able to enjoy working with the children on a different level. I have 2 children: Sophia, who is 18, and Massimo, who is 22. My husband and I are enjoying this new phase of life with adult children.
Infant Room Teacher & Program Supervisor
My name is Ms. Sue, and I've been at LTA for the last 3 years. This is the best job I have had in a long time. I have quite a bit of medical knowledge, especially with infants. I have 19 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews. I love spending time at the beach.
